I have a RUT200 (1 of 6).
I have configured this device exactly the same as the others.
This one device will not connect to RMS.
I have added the device in exactly the same way as I have the others.
It just sits at connecting and fails (Code 20).
The formware version is [
RUT2M_R_00.07.11.3
I thoght it could be a license issue (I had 10 credits) so I bought an extra 2 credists and successfully added these.
Could you please log in to the device (WebUI) that is not connecting, navigate to Services → Cloud Solutions → RMS, and let me know what status or error is shown next to the connection state?
Hi, Thanks for the reply.
I noticed the only difference was the mobile carrier.
I swapped the SIM to a different provider and the device has registered.
