RUT200 RMS Connection (License expired)

Hi all,

I have RUT200 and trying to make a RMS connection and I have “Failure(Expired license)”

Credits: 3
Monitoring is ON
Service is ON
Auto extend is ON

I have only one device

Apart from RMS access, do you have physical access to the device or SMS access? For SMS utils, try to send this command <password> rms_connect to force the device to connect to the Server. If you have physical access, go to Services → Cloud Solutions → RMS. Make sure that Authentication code is left blank. Then, click on Reconnect and check if Connection state will be ‘Connected’.

Last resort would be to remove and re-add the device to RMS. As credits are already available, make sure that internet connectivity is there for the device.
