I have a RUT200 with NTP not working, running firmware version 00.07.22.1. I will attach an image of the NTP configuration. I have recently set up a RUTM08 with the same config, and it worked right away.
The time sync is important because I am publishing data via MQTT. Part of the publish is the timestamp of when the data was published. If this is wrong due to a power outage, etc., this will skew the results of the study.
Is there something I might be missing, or is there an issue with the firmware?
