RUT200 mobile data disconnected after FW update

Since FW update, my RUT200 device cannot connect to mobile data.

I can not upload the troubleshooting log file (new user warning)., so I have uploaded it to GDrive

May I know which firmware your RUT200 is running? I would suggest you to upgrade your device to 7.08.2 as we have recently released this version with a few system fixes.

The firmware version was RUT2M_R_00.07.08. After 3 tries, I was able to update it to latest version:

But the issue is same even after the update:

Hi,

May I know if you have a different SIM to test? I have devices here running on 7.08.2 FW with working mobile connectivity.

I would suggest you to proceed with Modem upgrade through WebUI. Go to System → Firmware → Firmware Type: Modem.

Before proceeding, please note of the following:

1. Do not power off the device while upgrade is ongoing.
2. Remove the SIM and have a Wired WAN source instead to have a more stable connectivity.
3. Do not remove LAN cables while upgrade is ongoing.

I can not update the modem firmware as it says Modem firmware update is only available using mobile connection:

I would advise you contacting us via HelpDesk, if you do not have access to it, then contact your Sales Manager via which you have bought the device or if you have bought through a vendor - Contact your vendor for further assistance with the RMA procedure. Can I go back to the earlier firmware version which was working?

Hi,

Absolutely. While troubleshooting is ongoing, you can revert to previous working FW. Before downgrading, can you check your IPv6 settings (WAN-> mob1s1a1 → IPv6 Settings). Also, kindly check Internet Status (Network → Internet Status)
