I have a TBR500 and upgrade to 7.13. Confirm. Same issue on my side.
Request from ping reboot without any reason
No issue with previous firmware

also same

Hello,

We apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused. I have informed our R&D team about the issue and will update you as soon as I receive any feedback from them.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Best regards,

We experience the same behaviour on our devices. Updating to 7.13 causes “ping reboot” even if connectivity is good.

Firmware 07.13 has been pulled.
Because of this reboot issue.

Is it possible to downgrade from this fw?

See my comment here - I’d just wait for a corrected version if you can.

Rutx50 auto ping reboot problem - #4 by TeWe

Hello @torgilfolger,

You can downgrade by downloading the firmware from this page (for RUT200) and uploading it via the WebUI. However, please note that downgrading will reset the device to factory settings, meaning all configurations will be erased.

If you have a different device model, let me know, and I’ll provide the correct firmware link.

Best regards,

Factory settings is not an option for us since we then will loose VPN connectivity and custom apn settings. Will disabling ping-reboot solve the issue as a temporary workaround?

Yes, you can disable the ping reboot feature to prevent this issue from occurring.

Best regards,
