RUT142 can't add the device to RMS

Hello,
I have an RUT142 in my possession and I have been trying to add it to RMS server for several days, when I copy the mac address , the serial number and enter the password and validate, the authentication code never displays and therefore on the router’s web server I do not copy it and when I try to connect the router to the rms server it never connects,
Do you have a solution for this problem please?

If you navigate to Management → Devices, you should see a triangle next to the device that requires authentication. If you click on it, the authentication code will be copied automatically. Here is how it should look:

If you try to connect via WebUI by navigating to Services → Cloud Solutions → RMS and pressing the Connect button, does it resolve the issue? If not, please share the error displayed in the WebUI next to the Connection state.

Could you please try rebooting the device and also restarting RMS by using the following command: /etc/init.d/rms_mqtt restart?

I used a very advanced scientific technique :grinning:, I reset the router settings with the physical button and it worked.
