We are in a project which contains many RUT 956. We have tested with it during FAT. Now we are in the site and try to use SIM cards with private APN but the RUT does not connect to 4G data anymore. We tried to upgrade the firmware but the RUT stops login with the web app. Note we used an TRB and it works perfectly with the same private APN.

- Is the issue affecting only one RUT956 unit or multiple units?
- What version of RutOS firmware is installed on your device?
- What is the internal modem firmware version? You can find this information in System → Firmware → Update firmware.
- Is the RUT956 failing to connect to 4G specifically, or does it have issues connecting to other network types as well?
- Are you currently able to access the RUT956 WebUI? If so, please navigate to Status → Network → Mobile and share a screenshot of that page.

- we tried many version like 7.2.7 and 7.10.2
- Internal firmware Ver: EC25EUXGAR08A13M1G_20.200.20.200
- The RUT may read 2G but the data still disconnected and the RUT cannot get the IP of the SIM.
5.Sometime when we change the firmware, you cannot connect via webui.
Regarding the firmware, could you please upgrade your device to the latest firmware version? After upgrading, log in to the WebUI and attach the screenshot I requested earlier.
If you are experiencing issues connecting to the WebUI, please provide more details. Specifically:
- Are you accessing it via Ethernet cable or by connecting to the RUT956 WiFi?
- When you enter the router’s IP address into your browser, do you see the login page, or does something else appear?
