I have a Rut 241 i havnt used it for a while. when i have started using it recently it worked ok for a couple of days and now it says connected no internet. i have switched my firewall off didnt help i can’t access the settings unless i use ethernet cable and plug into my router. tried reset, i have swapped sims. Has anybody any ideas?

How are you currently checking whether your RUT241 has internet access?
What type of internet source are you using with the RUT241?
An Ethernet cable to the WAN port
A SIM card for mobile internet
Or is the router connected to another WiFi network as a client?
Also, have you tried using different WAN sources to see if the internet connection works through them?

I have used several sims and i connect using wifi. when i switch to wifi rut_241 it says connected no internet. i have just put ethernet cable in my landline router and thied to access rut settings but it times out
If I understood correctly, your LAN devices that connect to the RUT241 via WiFi are not receiving internet access — is that correct?
Could you please specify which devices you’ve tried connecting to the router’s WiFi? (e.g. phone, tablet, PC)
Are you able to access router WebUI? Please follow the instructions provided here to set up and access the device’s web interface: RUT241 Quick Start Guide – Hardware Installation

i am trying to connect with android phone, laptop, and tv, and firestick. i don’t know what WebUi is but the only way i can get to the settings is when i plug the rut 241 into my laptop using ethernet cable. if i disconnect my internet connection it kicks me out of the settings page. which if odd because i didn’t think to access the settings page you don’t need internet. i will do my best to follow the instructions you have sent.
