RU950 network problem

Made an update this morning( to the latest version), after that it doesn’t find any connection? Using Tele2 ,before updating it have worked perfectly , what can have happened. Ideas ?


Could you please clarify if the device can connect to the operator? What does it say in Status → Network → Mobile (connection and data transmisson sections)?

Also, please, try restoring the device to factory defaults in System → Backup. Your current configurations will be lost and you will have to configure the device again. However, this should help with potential configuration and migration issues that may have occurred during firmware updates.
