RU950 Allow Traffic from L2TP VPN to LAN and WAN

Hi,

I have an L2TP VPN configured on a RUT 950 (RUT9XX_R_00.06.09.5, Legacy UI) which connects successfully, but I am unable to get to to the LAN or WAN when connected, and can only access the router Web GUI.

I believe there should be a zone called l2tp that I need to change to accept, but the zone appears to be missing. Any ideas how I can get this zone to appear, or configure manually to allow this access?

Note this works fine over the PPTP VPN, but we are suddenly having issues connecting to it from networks it was working on before, so looking to change to L2TP.
