Router configuration & subscription requirement?

We have insatlled an number of Electrical vehicle chargers which require connection to a data cloud ,as part of the instal we have purchased the RUT951 with high gain antenna & data cable connetions to each EVC. We are facing problems with the routers not maintaining connection which we believe results in the chargers in retreiving status. Previosly the routers were not configured. My question is; if we configured all the routers & had the RMS subciption credit, would this give a more stable network & would we be able to access the router via a back office dash to remotely control allowing firmware updates?

What kind of connection do you mean? Would this be mobile-related, or something else?

RMS itself will not improve the router’s connection in any way, the Remote Management System will simply allow you to manage your Teltonika devices remotely. As you mentioned in your question, it will allow you to change the configuration, upgrade the firmware, access the device WebUI, set up a VPN Hub, and much more.
