I have a contract with unlimited national data and 20GB of EU data. Is it possible to set a limit for roaming data only?

I you go to WEBUI, Network→Mobile→Limits, and press edit on the interface, you can set a limit there. When you will be travelling with the device, and using Roaming data, I would recommend to switch this functionality on then.

In regards to specifically limiting roaming data, such functionality does not exist by default, as the stream of data is the same whether it is regular, or roaming data. It is your provider that limits data when you are abroad to a certain number.
