RMS worked until firmware upgrade

I installed a new rut240 and the RMS was working until I did a firmware upgrade. I’ve tried removing it from the console and re-registering it, but it still doesn’t work. I love the RMS when it works but it is so flaky. I don’t understand why I can’t just register a device and keep it connected.

Could you please confirm whether your RUT240 has an active internet connection (via mobile, wired, or wireless WAN)? Additionally, could you specify which firmware version was installed before the update?

was able to get it working. Compared a working unit to this one and found that it was getting an IPv6 address but not able to get an IPv4 address. changed the setting to IPv4 only and it started to work although I had to unregister and register it with the RMS service again. Not sure why all of my other rut240 work with IPv4/IPv6 just fine but this one does not.
