RMS VNC not working anymore

We are not able to start a VNC session anymore via rms webinterface.
We get Guacamole timeout

There was a known issue related to this feature, which had been forwarded to our R&D team. I can confirm that the issue has now been resolved. Could you please test it again and let me know if it is working properly on your side?
