RMS Tokens Missing

We have 5 Routers for a Client network. We have been having the system now for 3 years.
We rarely review the routers.
We purchased 10 RMS services token credits for the routers approx. 12 months ago but do not turn on the recurring monthly feature. Our strategy was to use token credits when issues arise or as part of an annual review.
Today we log into RMS. Went to activate RMS services tokens for a month so we can see router performance and there are NO tokens?
Where have they gone? Surely they did not lapse?
Please advise soonest.
