RMS still showing my RUT950s are offline

I have 3 x RUT 0950’s that have been showing as offline since 10/11/2023 when I added more credits for RMS (before they were required) and ‘pending’ since trying to update the firmware remotely to see if that was the problem.
They are all showing good Mobile signal under Network.
There are plenty of credits and ‘monitoring’ and ‘auto extend’ are ON.
I cannot access them remotely with WebGUI and the IP address.

What is causing this?

Apologies, we seem to have missed your ticket.
Since there isn’t much information to go by, the devices are most likely offline/do not have access to the internet, and thus not connecting to RMS.
In this case, the best option would be to try and recover them using SMS Utilities: RUT950 Mobile Utilities - Teltonika Networks Wiki
Try sending the following SMS messages and paste the output in the next comment:

<admin_pass> status
<admin_pass> rms_connect
<admin_pass> reboot
