RMS shows no credit after code activation

Hi, after activationg the code I bought (1 credit), RMS still shows 0 credits

To clarify, after entering the code to activate the credits, did you see a confirmation message indicating that the credits were successfully added, or was there an error message displayed?

If you attempt to activate the code again, what message do you receive?

Additionally, please verify whether any of your devices have started using the credit.

I got the confirmation that the code was activated and when I am trying to do it again I am getting “This resource code is invalid.” error

I bought the code speciffically to extend RMS service for 1 month for one device after trial was ended but I see it does not see any valid credits or packs.

Could you please navigate to Administration → Companies, click on View Company Details, then go to Resource History, and attach a screenshot? This will help us verify if the credits were successfully added or not.

Thank you for the screenshot. As previously mentioned, the credit was assigned to a specific device. To identify the device it was assigned to, under Action please select Download Pool PDF. In the downloaded file, you can find the assigned device under the Usage for Devices section.
