I have rut360 working in a distant location. I know it is working as I have access to other devices within its LAN. FW RUT36X_R_00.07.07.1. Credit active. Mobile utility rms_status answer is Device is connected to RMS. Rebooted with no effect - RMS page/app state shows offline.
UPDATE/SOLVED: some time after toggling MONITORING switch router is back online in RMS
