RMS RMS connect - SIMATIC Unified Basic Panel not working

Hi, I am trying remote access on a SIMATIC Unified Basic Panel. It connects, works until after authentification. After clicking “Anmelden/Login” nothing seems to happen. I start Browsers dev console: Theres an stopping further progress.

I wonder if anybody saw this before - and knows how to solve this ?

I already filed a support request at SIEMENS - the blame it on somebody else:-(

It would a very convenient way to remote control those SIEMENS panels!

→ seems somebody doesn’t like self-certified certificates

But maybe there is a workaround?

Could you please let us know if the same issue occurs when you try to access your panel via the VPN Hub?

Hi, via the VPN Hub its working fine.

But I would prefer using RMS connect, it’s very convenient for this use case, and I could share the access link with anybody, and the recipient doesn’t require a VPN client installed, a browser would do…
