RMS: Remote Access Links

The remote access links created will no longer work after a short period of time and I have to reconnect the link(s) in RMS.

I need the links to stay “active” as these are sent to customers for remote access to end devices connected to the RUT241.

Any settings I am overlooking?

There was a recent issue with RMS remote connection links, but it should now be resolved. Could you please try creating a new Remote Access link and let me know if the issue persists?

The links I created on three test RUT241’s yesterday are still working as of today.

Just to confirm, If I create links and select a 5-year active date, the links should work for the next five years without any adjustment on my end?

One of the links has stopped working.
