RMS not connected even though connection is there


My RUTX09 is not connected in RMS, it keeps its status of “Offline”. The weird thing is that I have been receiving logs from the device into my cloud environment, so there must be internet connection available…

Is there any way to force RMS to try to make the connection again? Or what could be the reason that the device is connected to the internet, but not to RMS?

Credits are fine too.
