RMS log in after changing phones

I’ve recently changed phones and therefore had to download and connect a new version of the ID app. However since I am not getting the notifications in the app to approve my log in to RMS. I can see in one of the app menus that there are no notifications pending. Because I can’t log in I can’t check if my old phone is still connected to my account. How do I sort this as currently I can’t log into RMS to access any devices. Thanks
