Hi Team,
One of our store sites is using a Teltonika modem, connected to a BMS controller. When we log into the BMS controller via the Site screen (Locally) all graphics and values display correctly and function properly. However, when we attempt to access this controller remotely using the RMS link through external web browsers like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, we are unable to view the graphics as it seems struggling load it fully.
We would appreciate your urgent technical support to resolve this issue.
