I was trying to purchase a 1 month credit to try out RMS. The checkout was not very smooth and it kept returning me to the cart when trying to process the purchase and never actually processed (so i thought). I never got any confirmation that it worked or anything (just confimation that it failed once via email), however i just checked my bank and i have been charged 3 times and twice on paypal.
