Hello Team,
Need assistance with our concern, we mistakenly activated an RMS credit to a wrong device.
This device has now been deleted from RMS. However, the credit remains tied to the deleted device and cannot be reassigned. Could anyone assist in removing the association from the incorrect serial number and allow us to reassign the credit to the correct device?
We buy credits from a 3rd party vendor not directly from teltonika.
We really appreciate getting assistance/feedback here.
