RMS can't login to device

Hello,

I have my devices added to RMS and it says my device are online, but when I try to login to them remotely it says “failed to login due to unexpected error”.
I know I am using the correct login information. It has been happening to recent devices I have added (± 2 months).
The device giving the issue are running firmware version RUT9M_R_00.07.12.3, but I can’t update to the latest firmware just yet due to the newer firmware having issues.
Also the device I am using are Rut906

Hello,
Yes I am, but as a temporary solution I am using this code in CLI: rm -r /overlay/upper/usr/local/share/vuci/menu.d
This allows me to log back in after a reboot.
