RMS Cannot create user invitation

A user that was already created claimed not to have access to the RMS portal. So I deleted the user and tried to invite again. I get error “Cannot create user invitation”.

I suppose the user should be completely removed in backend for me to be able to invite again. Can this be arranged please?

Privacy sensitive details (company, user email etc) can be shared directly when needed.
