RMS Apple id login broken

I used provided login method (login with apple). It was working pretty well for few months. Now I cannot login - get this nice " Server error Failed to connect to server"

This method does not force to setup password and uses 'hide my email address".

When using “Forgot password?” I don’t get the email, because Teltonika probably didn’t setup their new service properly.

Is there a way to RMS get support directly?

Maybe some nice people from Teltonika are reading this? I cannot login to my remote devices.

I managed to log in with my Apple ID and MFA. Then, I added a new user with administrator privileges, using a standard email and password.

Unfortunately, with the original Apple ID account, I still cannot reset the password or set a new one while logged in—the confirmation emails do not appear in my mailbox or spam folder.

Therefore, the best approach is to create a standard account and use Apple ID login only as an additional method for convenience.
