RMS account invitation

Good morning, I’m a system integrator and I’d like to invite two additional end customers via RMS. Unfortunately, I’m getting the error that the account already exists.

My customers have already filled out the account cancellation form via the Contact Me form. A few days have passed, but the error persists.

Or is it possible to share an RMS connect device with an existing account?

To delete RMS accounts, we will need some sensitive information. I have sent a form to the email address you used to register on the community forum. Once you complete the form, I will contact you privately. For the ticket ID, please use “15353”.
