Hi,
is it possible to restore the configuration backup file from RUT950 to the RUT951?

Hello,

As mentioned in our documentation here: Configuration Backup - RutOS, configuration backup files can only be uploaded to a device if:

  • The backup was created on an identical device.
  • The firmware version is the same or older than the one on the device being configured.

Unfortunately, this means you cannot upload a backup file from an RUT950 to an RUT951 due to differences in device models.
