My device lost all WiMAX functionality and modem drivers after I updated the firmware to the latest available version for the RUT5XX series: **RUT5XX_R_01.00.875**. The WiMAX section now displays “N/A” (I have attached a screenshot).

**The Solution Required:**

The router was working perfectly on the older version: **RUT5XX_R_01.00.819.bin**. Since this file is no longer available on the official downloads page, I need this specific file to perform a downgrade (firmware recovery) and restore WiMAX functionality.

**Regarding the form:** I have checked my spam/junk folders multiple times and **I have never received the actual form file or link.** I have only received the two email notifications stating that the form was sent.

Since the standard recovery (TFTP) failed and I cannot access the device, I am proceeding with the **Serial Console Recovery** as the final option. I have prepared PuTTY and the hardware.

**I urgently need you to send the following THREE critical items directly to my email: abozeyd91@gmail.com:**

1. The firmware file: **RUT5XX_R_01.00.819.bin**.

2. The **exact U-Boot commands** and memory addresses required to flash the RUT525 via the serial connection (to use in PuTTY).

3. The **pinout diagram** for the RUT525 serial port for safe connection.
