I own a Teltonika RUT240 device with hardware revision 06 (model code: RUT24006E000, batch no: 094).
The device had internet access, but I was unable to reach the web interface via any IP address. I tried accessing it through LAN and WAN ports, but the web UI never responded — neither on port 80 nor 443 — although the device was clearly online (tested via ping and internet activity). Because of this, I proceeded with recovery using the Bootloader (accessed via 192.168.1.1).
I have since attempted to upload multiple firmware files from your downloads section through the Bootloader (uboot.html), but every attempt failed with an error indicating an incompatible flash type or size.
I kindly request the appropriate recovery .bin firmware file compatible with HW revision 06, to restore the device via the Bootloader.
When the router is in bootloader mode, please navigate to 192.168.1.1/index.html and upload the firmware, which you can download from the following link: Download Firmware
If you encounter any issues during this process, please attach a screenshot of the error you get.
Could you please let me know if you are able to log in to the router via SSH? You can find instructions here: SSH login guide.
If not, could you please try switching your PC’s network settings from automatic to static IP, or from static to automatic IP? Instructions are available here: Setting up a static IP address.
Could you please open the terminal on your PC (for example, Command Prompt if you’re using Windows), and run the following command: ipconfig
If your router is connected to the PC via an Ethernet cable, please check whether any Ethernet interfaces appear in the output. If so, could you let me know the IP address shown next to “Default Gateway” for that interface?
What other devices are connected to your network? Is wifi turned off? Does the computer’s ethernet go directly to the router and not to any other switch or another router? Didn’t you connect to the router’s web interface and enter the wrong password, until everything was blocked and you can no longer access the router’s web interface?
