Request for latest internal modem firmware files for RUT200 and RUT240

Hello,

I have two Teltonika routers deployed in a remote mining environment in northern Chile (operating on the Entel network), and both are experiencing intermittent cellular disconnects.

Since checking via FOTA (Server) shows “No updates available” for both devices, I would like to request the latest stable internal modem firmware files (.bin) to perform manual updates via File upload.

Here are the specific details for each router:

1. Teltonika RUT200

  • RutOS Version: R_00.07.24.5
  • Current Modem Firmware: EC200AAUHAR01A11M16_01.200.01.200

2. Teltonika RUT240

  • RutOS Version: R_00.07.06.17
  • Current Modem Firmware: EC25AUFAR06A03M4G_01.001.01.001

Could you please provide the direct download links for the correct update files for these specific Quectel modems?

Thank you very much for your support!

Greetings,

Thank you for providing the details.

Before proceeding with a modem firmware update, we would like to better understand the intermittent disconnects. Could you please help us with the following?

  • How often do the disconnects occur, and does the connection recover automatically, or do you need to restart the router?

  • Do both routers lose connectivity at the same or similar time?

  • Could you please check and share the cellular signal readings for each router, including RSSI, RSRP, RSRQ, and SINR, if available?

  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

These details will help us assess whether signal conditions may be contributing to the disconnects and whether a modem firmware update is an appropriate next step.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Best regards,
T.
