I had to replace a RUT950 in RMS but now i lost the credit, is there a way i can get my credit back ? i had a 5 year subscription on it

From what you’ve described, it sounds like you had a management pack assigned to the device, rather than a credit. Packs should stay tied to the device information (such as serial number, IMEI etc.).
Could you confirm that the RUT950 that you’ve replaced is a different device other than the one that had the pack assigned to it?

Yes correct i have a management pack, the RUT950 broke so i replaced it with a new one
