Remove Device from Paid Management pack

Hello,

is there any way to remove an unused - here a duplicate device with the same MAC address - from the Paid Management Pack?

Yes — you can remove devices from RMS by following these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to Management → Devices and select the device(s) you wish to remove.

  1. Click Actions → Unregister device(s).

  1. Confirm your selection, and the chosen device(s) will be removed from the RMS system.

Please note, that you can unregister multiple devices at once. Also, you don’t have to worry about any active credits or packs as they’re locked to device’s serial number + MAC/IMEI combination and the active resource will be kept after un-registering or even re-registering the device to another company.
