Remote Access ist not active anymore

I have created a remote access for a customer so that he can access his system. The remote access should remain active for several months, and I have set this up.
Unfortunately, I always get a message after a few days that the remote access is no longer active. I can then refresh it and it works again.
What do I have to do to ensure that it really remains active for several months?

Currently no, we are working on a solution that would solve this issue, however, it’s not yet released.
