Register new Portal

Im trying to register a new RMS Portal with at previosly used e-mail adress.
The admin of the previous Portal has removed my account.
I get a message saying “The email has already been taken.”.

Could you please help me with this issue?

The information that needs to be provided in the form for account deletion :

What is your:

  • main email address
  • RMS company ID
  • Any sub-companies
  • other users in the company, how many of them, and their roles.
  • How many devices are in the company, and what are their models
  • Credit/pack amount in the company, purchase dates.
  • Company creation date, when did you start using RMS yourself?
