I have RUT9M_R_00.07.06.3 firmware but I cannot seem to see services like gps on the page.
Is there any way I can show those services?

Please update your device firmware to the latest version (7.11.13 or 7.6.16) without keeping settings, and let me know if the issue persists. Firmware can be downloaded here: Firmware Downloads.
