Last friday I changed my phone for a new and I didn’t know that I need to signout my 2FA account in the Teltonika ID app… So I lost my access to the RMS platform.
Then I’ve sent an email to the support and she asked me a lot of informations about me, my account and my company for regaining my access. (ok, that’s normal)
At the end she’s asked me if I’m interested to buy token directly from Teltonika in the future… I said yes, why not !
Yesterday (monday), I sent an email to have some news about my account.
She’s answered me that she have no news but, by the time, she can send me an offer fort the tokens… I replied that for the moment the most important think for me is to regain my access and that I will see later for the tokens.
From this moment I’ve got no more news… What for a support…
Maybe somebody can help me there ?
