Recieving text message but not co-ords

I have set up my fmb920 to recieve gps co-ords but I am not recieving the co-ords just 0.000000 for long and lat.

I can see in the status menu i have 2 gps and 2 glonass visable but then shows 0 In use

Hello @carl669,

I hope you are doing well. It is required for the device to atleast have minimum of 4 GPS Satellites for you to acquire GPS coordinates. Suggesting you test outside your office or place the device in an open sky where the sticker is facing up.
