Problems with WAN connection RUT241

Hi everyone,

We are trying to connect our RUT241 to a private APN server, and although the SIM appears to be good (the system recognizes it), it is not possible to stablish a connection. It can not find the operator, “setting up connection” it says.

Everything else seems to be good, but this WAN connection is not possible. Did anyone had any problems with it?

  • Is the device running the latest firmware version?

  • Have you confirmed that the SIM card, with the current APN configuration, functions correctly in another device, such as a mobile phone?

  • Have you attempted to manually select a network operator?

To perform a manual operator selection, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the device’s WebUI.

  2. Go to Network → Mobile → Network Selection .

  3. Set the “Operator selection mode” to Manual .

  4. Click on “Scan for operators” and select your carrier from the list.
