Problems of sending sms without response

When sending an command by SMS message to FMC130 there is no response, what problems are contained here?

Hi

1. If the login and password are incorrect the FMC130 will not response to your SMS commands.
   Or your number is not on the authorized list
   

   

2. If the FMC130 sim doesn’t have SMS subscription.

3. FMC130 is offline.
