I have correctly configured my OpenVPN (server), but it shows both RX and TX at 0 Mb, why? I’m using an OTD140
Now I have configured the client, but when I finish and save, it only assigns me the Local IP and the status remains: disconnected

Just to confirm, is the OTD140 functioning as the server in your setup? If so, does it have a public IP address?

Could you please send screenshots of the current OpenVPN server configuration on the OTD140? Please blur out any sensitive information.
Could you navigate to Network → WAN and check whether the IP address shown for your active WAN interface is a public IP?
IP addresses within the ranges shown in the picture are private.
