Port Forwarding to Alias IP

I am trying to setup port forwarding to an alias IP.
I can ping the device but the port forward isn’t working. Are there any additional steps I need to take for an alias IP?

You haven’t mentioned setting up the port forward rule. Have you done it? If yes, then please provide a screenshot of it.

As I can see all port forward rules are configured as they should be. Just the “Secure Cyberduck” rule would need an additional opening of the port via System → Administration → Access Control.

Additionally, the same ports you are trying to access from WAN should be open on your end device.

To add, do you have a public address or DDNS set so you can access your device from WAN? What error messages do you get when you try to access those configured ports?

Hi Marijus, thanks for the reply. I have remote SSH access set.
For the web based connection, I just get the website took to long to respond.
The VNC connection simply failed to connect.
