Like the title suggest, I need to have a fall back web NTP feed since the GPS signal is not always reliable / availble. And this Time server feeds time in to my whole network (so that not every device needs to phone outside on their own favorite NTP). But when it has no reception time it’s pretty annoying there is no fallback.
