Wi-Fi is not available.
SMS has no respond.
No acces to the CLI even if it is activated in the WEBUI
Hibernation / sleep is not available on our devices, thus there is most likely something else at play here. Perhaps you could clarify the firmware version the device is running? If it’s not the latest, could you try updating the device?
If that does not help, a factory reset could also be an option to resolve any configuration-related issues.
