Hi, I have a Teltocharge unit. I need to enter it to read my delivered KW to my car. I used the pairing code on a sticker sticking on the manual. Didn’t work. I deleted the device on my app and created a new device. Then it told me to reset the charger. I’m afraid it will loose all info delivered. What to do?
