OTD500 RMS doesn't connect to the Device

Hi Teltonika Team,

I’ve finally managed it to connect my device with the 10 years licence pack.

The OTD500 is since April connected to RMS when i bought it, but I did the final setup now in September. With a working eSim and do have a internet connection.
So far the Serial an Lan Mac are identical to the RMS settings, but the Device doesn’t connect to the RMS, see the screenshot below.

Would really appreciate some help with this topic.

Tried to verify the device with .csv file, whilst I’ve maybe changed the credentials since April, but that was not the point.

Tried to reconnect to RMS on the device site witch the verbinden/connect button.

Seems like the OTD500 had a hourly connection to RMS until I’ve changed to the 10 year pack.

I noticed the Authentication code is blurred in the WebUI, so I assume you’ve entered something there. That code isn’t required unless RMS specifically asks for it. Please remove the authentication code, save the changes, and click Connect.
