It sees the SIM and ICCID. We are at FW 7.06, the apparent latest. AT&T Jasper says that I can send an SMS, but I can’t see how to receive it in either the GUI or the manual. Jasper also shows current date time, and the APN I manually entered. It can also do AUTO-APN just fine. I have to manually set the date every time from RutOS, using “date -s”. Days of this, I must be missing something. Thank you!

Hello,

This is not the latest version. Please update to the newest firmware version, 07.08. You can download it from this link: Firmware Downloads. Then, update your device using the downloaded file.

If you still will be having issues, come back and please provide screenshot of WebUI page Status → Network → Mobile.

Best regards,

Thank you very much. Firmware updated and confirmed. Connectivity issue not affected, still not working. Here is the screenshot you requested:

Will try a different SIM now.

Other SIM made no diff. Here’s the rest of the status page:

Neither SIM can send or receive SMS messages, although the AT&T Control Center Spotlight does show activity on the APN:

The RAW table packet counters in Status:Network:Firewall are incrementing and indicating hundreds of KB Traffic

Maybe I am way off base, but does gsmctl -m tell me that I am trying to use a European modem in the US?

Thank you hrtx, there is no North American version, apparently. Looks like our Product Manager got confused.
