Only 1 SSID is broadcasting out of the 2 configured

Hi. I have one SSID configured as 2.4 and 5Ghz. Plus a second SSID which is 5Ghz. The RUTX50 is connected to a leisure battery in my van. At the moment the second, 5ghz only, SSID is not even broadcasting (using an Android and a Mac to prove that). First SSID is all good but both 5ghz capable devices are only attaching at 2.4ghz.

I am wondering if this is a power supply issue? Anyone have suggestions to where to look or settings to adjust to make the second SSID come up?

If possible, please try powering the device with its original power supply. An inadequate or unstable power source can cause the router to behave unpredictably, so this test will help us rule out any power-related issues.
